HOCA will be contacting business owners, giving them the opportunity to become a sponsor of a fiber glass cat.  Artists will be encouraged to submit designs to transform the models into works of art.  At a special reception for patrons and artists in September, 2011, all the artwork will be displayed, and patrons will have the chance to select the design of their choice to adorn their cat.
